It supports activities such as vaulting, freestyle, coach spotting, landing, handspring progressions and round off progressions.

Available in two distinct sizes and crafted with anti slip bases for enhanced grip and stability, the Beemat gymnastic block also features carrying handles for improved portability—a convenient 2m x 1m gym block.
